Download the file to your hard disk and extract the fonts.
From the Control Panel, double-click on Fonts icon
and press the Add button. Locate the folder where you extract the fonts, select the fonts that you would like to install and click OK.
Open your browser and configure Arial Greek as the Proportional Font.
